At Sincere Care Services, our professional
caregivers offer a full range of services to our clients ----- from
the daily living tasks such as house keeping, cooling, etc.
to skilled nursing care.
We are here to help you to make you feel right at
home whether you require assistance due to prolonged illness,
disability, advanced age, or recent discharge from the hospital.
Our relationship with you begins with a
comprehensive evaluation of your home environment and your ability
to perform daily living tasks. Working
with you and your family, we design a care plan specific to your
needs. With our full range of home health care services, we are well
suite to address your needs.
Our office hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to
Friday. However, our homecare services are available 24 hours a day,
7 days a week. Our 24 hours answering service will take care of your
calls after hours and during the weekends to help you with your home
care needs. |
